Management Summary
CSR Groups consists of Mr. B.Chandra Shaker Reddy and Mrs.B.Shiva Ranjani Reddy will concentrate on client contacts and bidding along with overall management of the company. Mr.Chandra Shaker Reddy will be the company's General Project Manager, coordinating all project management and concentrating on cost controls, suppliers, day-to-day project supervision, labor relations, etc. Mrs. Shiva Ranjani Reddy will be our office manager, handling client satisfaction, invoicing, permitting, and general book keeping.
The company is planning to expand it personnel to add a number of job superintendents as soon as the number of projects increases. These superintendents will have the following duties:
1. Direct supervision of all work at the job site.
2. Quality control.
3. Scheduling subcontractors and material deliveries.
4. Verifying and insuring that all work is done in accordance with plans.
5. Insuring that all work is performed in accordance with all OSHA guidelines.
In addition, as business increases, we will hire additional job superintendents and project managers as needed.

The Owner, Architect and Engineers will all be active members of the TEAM. The team will be headed by our construction management to guide the activities of the on-site supervision. Our Site Managers not only oversee construction of the project from a quality standpoint, but also coordinate the efforts of all contractors, with the authority to make things happen. Our project management system integrates all essential information of a project into a single database, so we are able to tie our budgetary and estimate information into the project schedule. SUB STATION- 11/33, 132/220 KV Whether new or upgraded, substations are being designed to provide a greater level of communication and automation than ever before. Internally, devices communicate with one another and central devices for alarming, automatic troubleshooting and scheduled events. Externally, the substation communicates with a central headquarters or operations center, providing remote monitoring and control of all activity. With substation automation solutions from CSR, this information is reported back to central headquarters with the regularity and reliability you demand. Our Team of Experts assist from Planning /Design to Execution of Sub Stations as per Local Statutory requirements including Demand sanction and Securing of Safety certificate.
