Management Summary

CSR Groups consists of Mr. B.Chandra Shaker Reddy and Mrs.B.Shiva Ranjani Reddy will concentrate on client contacts and bidding along with overall management of the company.

Mr.Chandra Shaker Reddy will be the company's General Project Manager, coordinating all project management and concentrating on cost controls, suppliers, day-to-day project supervision, labor relations, etc.

Mrs. Shiva Ranjani Reddy will be our office manager, handling client satisfaction, invoicing, permitting, and general book keeping.

The company is planning to expand it personnel to add a number of job superintendents as soon as the number of projects increases. These superintendents will have the following duties:

1. Direct supervision of all work at the job
    site.
2. Quality control.
3. Scheduling subcontractors and material
    deliveries.
4. Verifying and insuring that all work is done
    in accordance with plans.
5. Insuring that all work is performed in
    accordance with all OSHA guidelines.

In addition, as business increases, we will hire additional job superintendents and project managers as needed.

The Company is founded by our Chairmen B.Chandra Shaker Reddy ; we engaged in manufacturing and export of best quality cotton bales, cotton seeds, in all principal word market and to the end users in the major word market. We are professionally managed company having large network and infrastructure in home as well as abroad, company is equipped with state-of-art infrastructure backed by large and fully automatic plant for cotton to cotton bales.

Company has its roots since, the begging of cotton Ginning & Pressing in this region. Having in-depth knowledge of this business help us to delivering optimum result in specified business challenges apart from global computation with our futuristic approached This yields overall increases in turn our of company to supply good quality cotton word wide.

CSR Ginning and Pressing Private Limited is located at Kajipet, District - Adilabad. Adilabad district is the place which totally irrigated. About 100% of agriculture land is irrigated that’s why the quality & production ratio of the cotton of this station is better than the others.

The company is spread over 30000 square yard and equipped by the latest machineries & technology for ginning and pressing cotton & crushing of cotton seeds.
