Management Summary

CSR Groups consists of Mr. B.Chandra Shaker Reddy and Mrs.B.Shiva Ranjani Reddy will concentrate on client contacts and bidding along with overall management of the company.

Mr.Chandra Shaker Reddy will be the company's General Project Manager, coordinating all project management and concentrating on cost controls, suppliers, day-to-day project supervision, labor relations, etc.

Mrs. Shiva Ranjani Reddy will be our office manager, handling client satisfaction, invoicing, permitting, and general book keeping.

The company is planning to expand it personnel to add a number of job superintendents as soon as the number of projects increases. These superintendents will have the following duties:

1. Direct supervision of all work at the job
    site.
2. Quality control.
3. Scheduling subcontractors and material
    deliveries.
4. Verifying and insuring that all work is done
    in accordance with plans.
5. Insuring that all work is performed in
    accordance with all OSHA guidelines.

In addition, as business increases, we will hire additional job superintendents and project managers as needed.

CSR Energy ventures (India) Private Limited is an incorporated entity and Power plant Developer with extensive business operations in Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh. The Group is well positioned with long-term fuel access to its various power plants and its power projects are going to spread across various phases of- in operation, under construction and under planning.

CSR Energy ventures (India) Private Limited under CSR Groups is founded by Two Directors Mr. B.Chandra Shekar Reddy and Mrs. B.Shiva Ranjani Reddy. After few small initial projects, they have setup CSR Energy ventures (India) Private Limited, in Hyderabad to exploit emerging opportunities in the Indian power sector and have since focused its strategy on the private sector power development market, undertaking entire gamut of development, investment, construction, operation and maintenance of power plants with supplies initially to heavy industrials operating in India and now branching out to cater to the needs of utilities and others in the wider Indian power sector. This CSR Energy ventures (India) Private Limited got approval from state government Authority for 5MW Solar Power and applied for final approval.

Our Board of Directors are responsible for our overall management and supervision. Our Executive Directors are responsible for our day-to-day management under the supervision, direction and control of our Board of Directors.
